I agree with Raphael that CCTV should also be used in Singapore because it will help us to maintain a low crime rate.I believe the CCTV is also a mind war technique which is a way to install regid fear and like wad Raphael had said, a loan shark will think twice before vandalizing the house when he sees the CCTV monitoring him. This mind war technique is can also be applied for thieves who are looking for a house to rob.
