CCT are mainly used to record down a certain period of time of the presence of peoples and their actions.CCT can solve crimes for the society and lessen the damage towards other possible targets.
CCT are expensive and they need electricity. CCT are computerized and can be hacked by proffessionals theives that steal for a living. Most CCTs are not well hidden because of the large size and can be noticed by most theives or shoplifters.
Since that economic is bad and most people are not earning enough money to support their livings, installing CCTs will probably burn a hole in their pockets. People could just take an extra step in protecting their shops by checking whether it had been locked or be more cautious and prepared against theives.
